When I asked him how his stay was going, he mentioned that he had nothing short of great experiences at the home. It’s an apartment style with assisted living but also has nurse on staff 24/7, and the staff was helpful.
The service wasn't always good, and the food was sometimes bland, but they provided three meals a day, which was nice. I am begging you not to let these money hungry nursing homes con you into believing they will properly care for your loved ones. If you don’t believe go speak with the residents yourself and they will speak on the abuse they have received since being there. It is really heartbreaking that this facility is still allowed to operate. I will continue to report them until something is done and those poor people get the help they deserve.

The bed was old and was sitting next to heater which was very rusty and dirty . The commode had chrome assistant rails that were rusty.
The rooms looked very comfortable and everything was well-done. It was a bright and cheery place, and wasn't dreary at all. It had a more modern, comfortable, and welcoming feeling.
After arriving and getting settled in he was still very uneasy about his expectations of the facility. The staff there made every effort to make him feel like "home". When I came to surprise him by visiting for his birthday, every one greeted me and welcomed me like I was a part of the family. I can remember smiling faces as I arrived and when they asked who I was visiting. They were excellent in guiding me on my triumphs of surprising him.

Call lights go unanswered, residents are mistreated, left in urine, no proper nutrition is giving. Employees leave while on the clock leaving your loved ones unattended. I have set with my mother whom we have taken out of the facility and watched how the staff talks about the residents, I have filed complaints with the state against the nursing home as well.
